Using Medify

Medify is an information and booking-request service for planned care. We are not a healthcare provider. The practice is responsible for your care.

Prices and payment

Prices come from practices and their published information. The practice’s own price applies when you arrange care. Medify takes no payment for care; you pay the practice directly.

Booking requests

A request is not a booking until the practice confirms it. To cancel a request, reply to our WhatsApp message or email hello@medify.my with your request reference. To change or cancel a confirmed appointment, message us and we’ll arrange it with the practice; the practice’s own cancellation terms apply.
