Before you choose
- Would you see a trainee, counsellor or clinical psychologist, and is supervision provided?
- What must you pay before therapy starts, and how long is each appointment?
- Is this a single session or an upfront package with a deadline?
A session fee may cover a different practitioner role, duration or stage of care. Confirm the practitioner, branch or online format and full first-visit cost with the provider.
